Instructions

1. In a jar mix 2 tbsp of chia seeds with 1/2 cup of soy milk, 1/2 tbsp of maple syrup. Then, let it sit for 5 mins.

2. Mix again to get rid of any clumps and let it sit in the fridge for 1-2 hours.

3. Meanwhile in a bowl mix 1/2 cup of skyr with 1/3 cup of frozen blueberries and set aside.

4. Once removed from the fridge, spoon the blueberry mixture carefully on top of the chia pudding.

5. Place 3 tbsp of homemade granola & fresh blueberries on top. Enjoy!
