Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 180°C or the airfyer to 150°C.
2. In a blender or food processor, combine the ripened banana, oats, oat milk (or any vegetable milk), baking powder, egg, maple syrup, vanilla extract & a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth.
3. Pour the batter into a greased or lined baking dish.
4. Ornate with raspberries (you can also use frozen) and crunched dark chocolate on top.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or in the airfyer for 12-15 minutes. Check if the pie is done by inserting a toothpick in the center - if it comes out clean, then the pie is cooked.
6. Let cool slightly before serving & enjoy!
Tips
- Omit the egg if you want to have it vegan.
- Feel free to add a splash of honey on top for extra sweetness!
