Instructions
1. Boil dates for a few minutes to soften, then finely chop. Reserve the water.
2. In a large bowl, mix oats, protein powder & a pinch of salt.
3. Add chopped dates, peanut butter, and the reserved water. Mix well.
4. Chop almonds finely and stir into the mixture.
5. Press the mixture into a lined baking dish.
6. Melt dark chocolate in the microwave at 200W for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently.
7. Pour melted chocolate over the mixture and spread evenly.
8. Refrigerate until set, then cut into bars.
Tips
- You can press the mixture with a baking sheet so it won't stick to your fingers.
