Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 160°C
2. In a large bowl mix all ingredients very well, stirring them gently
3. Bake for 15 mins, mixing half-way through
4. Let the granola cool completely, undisturbed for at least 30 mins. This will allow it to crisp
5. Place it in an airtight container & enjoy!
Tips
- Use any combination of mixed nuts. I prefer hazelnuts, cashews, walnuts & almonds
